okay, i'm back in lethbridge, and staying for even longer with maggie and burg. @_@ oh, and tara now, apparently.

maggie, emi, and i watched ringu last night. you know, the original version of the ring. after seeing the original, it makes me mad they hollywoodized it. they used almost no original ideas whatsoever in the remade version. a lot of the camera shots were even the same. -_- there was only one scene i liked better in the english than the japanese, though (the part where the girl comes out of the tv…the effects looked neat for that in the english version o_o). although, the ending was pretty abrupt. it basically ended on her figuring out why she was still alive (sorry for ruining it, by the way >_>). it was very well-made, though…not at all crappy. o_o i can't imagine why they'd remake it. -_-

american a: if it's not in english, why bother seeing it?
american b: but it's a good movie!
american a: um, it's in japanese.
american b: okay, fine, let's make the exact same movie in english. will that satisfy you?
american a: for now.

did i not post about the finale for canadian idol!? it was probably because i was mad over not being able to watch it. yes. that's right. i hadn't so much as missed a minute of canadian idol up until then. i was at burg's, who didn't get the channel canadian idol was on…or so i thought. i checked the next day to see if they did…and they did. i guess i should have checked before. x_x but oh well. ryan malcolm is the winner! :D this makes me happy. i voted for him to get in for the wildcard show, and he made it. *_* and did he ever. *_* i'm totally buying his cd, too. although he wasn't one of my original top three or four people i wanted to get in, i'm really happy he won.

so, yeah, that's it for canadian idol for a while. i'm going to miss it. ;_; hopefully it be back time and time again.

oh, my, what if they have canadian juniors. x_x;;;

my sister and i finished jubei-chan today. *_* she loved it a lot. :D i'm so happy. *_* and in celebration, i'm making a "which jubei-chan character are you?" quiz. *_*; i'm almost done…i need more questions. it's really hard to come up with really vague ones, because i hate quizzes where you can completely predict the outcome.

my sister took what i had so far and got yagyu jubei. >D she took it again and got shirahatamaru otome (I REMEMBER HER NAME NOW!!! *_*). >D

i must figure out a layout. and find some good pictures to use (and/or tempt jbeth with sex).

just looking back at sisko's pacman reminds me of the first 3d stuff that i did. of course, i still make crappy stuff like that. still…memories. ;_; if i could show everyone my conspiracy video i would because it has a really crappy 3d reenactment of a guy getting crushed by a concrete slab. >D well, it's a 3d stick man getting crushed by a rectangle over and over and over. it's so entertaining…

i made something yesterday that took me forever, but i can't tell anyone what it is yet. >:D well, i told burg, but she doesn't count. she's special. :B

i'm kind of missing lethbridge right now. especially the cheap dinks. ;_;

i took the greyhound to my mom's today. :D it was fairly uneventful. i was disappointed that i didn't get a movie for the calgary to red deer stretch. there's always a movie on that route. i had no way of entertaining myself at all. x_x i had my phone. that's all i had to play with. ;_; so i called my grandma, received a call from my mom, sent off like three text messages (to zephy, simon, and kita :D), and received two text messages (from zephy and kita *_*). but, really, that only killed about half an hour total. it's almost a five hour trip with the calgary transfer. :(

i'm listening to all my old mp3s i have on this computer. ;_; i had soooo many fushigi yuugi ones. ;_; and i just tried singing star, dg, and i can sing it very easily. *_* and without cheating (slowing the song down >_>). and i'm listening to one of tamahome's songs now and it's so fun. *_* i forgot how good the music from this show was. *listens to that fun tasuki song again* >:D those background singers crack me up. >D "oo! hot!!"

and, yeah, my webcam doesn't work. -_- but the microphone does. :D let's have a voice chat. OR ELSE.
