i'm posting this from the living room floor of my mom's place in edmonton. yay! :D

yeah, my monitor and hard drive and everything's on the floor right now. it's quite uncomfy. i'm using my dvd player as a mousepad. @_@;

it's good to be here, though, and before i continue, i must say how shocked i was last week with canadian idol. i was so close to having all my picks make it through. i was wrong about one person. some guy that i think is absolutely awful made it in. o_O but mah numbah two girl made it in, so i'm all happy for her. so all three of the people i've liked before the top 32 round started have made it into the top ten. *_* wildcard show this week, and i have a feeling about a few of them, so it's really hard to say. more on that later. :B

okay, so i'm here in edmonton. the trip up was really interesting. the further north we drove, the worse the weather became. @_@ we all knew edmonton was getting really stormy weather the past while, but it just felt weird. down in southern alberta we were getting nice hot weather. :(

but today is nice, thank goodness. all you locals can thank me for bringing the good weather this way. :D but seriously, i was kind of freaked out that i was moving to a place that was in the middle of experiencing a freaking natural disaster. @_@
