1. chinese wasn't so great, but it was free. i probably won't eat anything but chicken or shrimp there again.
2. i'm getting really sick of this bottle of root beer.
3. i've had bjk on 24/7. either in cd form or dvd form. right now it's the tail end of the royal opera house concert. i even rewatched the cambridge one. i enjoyed it more than when i first got it (probably because i'm more familiar with the songs now). i've been craving her songs, so i'm listening to what i have. yeah, amazon.ca has decided to toy with me.
4. i held a copy of med伃la in my hands today. i didn't buy it, though, because i want the digipack that comes with the dvd (which they didn't have, of course). i was this close to buying it, though. *sigh*

6. apparently if you don't take courses from the university of lethbridge for one semester, you're automatically out of the school. and, yeah. so much for taking any classes in the fall. :( oh well. maybe i'll apply for the u of a for the spring semester.
7. dell takes forever to build computers. at least i know they got my payment now, i guess. so everyone plan on breaking out the webcams and microphones for the end of september. OR ELSE.

well, it's the long weekend, and i have the house to myself. my mom's dad's mom's brother's son died and there's a funeral. my mom wanted to go since she knew the guy, and my sister went, too. it's in cold lake, alberta, which is four hours northeast from edmonton. i've been there. nice area. and, yes, the lake really is quite cold (and big…you can't see the other side of it).

one of our regular shoppers at work won $75,000 in a sweepstakes thing going on right now, so there's a celebration thing tomorrow, or something. which means free food. management owes the employees a barbeque, so they just decided to combine both events and give everyone a coupon a free four-item meal at the chinese food place in the mall. *_*; free chinese food, i'll take it. *_* even though i don't work tomorrow or the next day. i do work monday, though, but i don't mind making time and a half. >_>

note to self: do not watch showcase after 9:00pm. i flip past and see two guys having sex and some voyeur woman taking pictures of them through the window. @_@;;;;; at 9:00!!! i'm keeping it on the comedy network. @_@ the daily show was just on. >D and that map behind him with all the states labelled blue or red or white really scares me. TONS of red. O_O i'm afraid.

i'm particularily pissed off at amazon.ca at the moment. i preordered the limited edition of bjk's new album, med伃la (which i've only been going on and on about for the past while), and they have yet to even ship it out. med伃la was released on the 31st. >:O what's the big deal!? arggg!!! i'm so tempted to go to hmv and just buy the regular album. the limited edition has a poster. so i won't cancel that order. >_>

i think i'd better eat my noodles before they're cold.
