after months of slowly rationing 52 episodes, i finished full moon wo sagashite tonight by watching the last half dozen episodes or so. i literally finished only moments ago, in fact.

i'm having a hard time writing this because can barely see, i can barely breathe, my nose is running, and my face is sopping wet. i can't believe i'm admitting this, but i just cried through the last four episodes straight… especially the last one, of course. i haven't cried this much for any show ever. i'm blaming my emotional instability as of late. seriously.

i don't know what to say about it, really. i'm literally speechless. i'm sitting here staring at this screen not knowing what to do or say. i'm surprised i even had the urge to blog anything about this.

ugh, i just realized that every time i hear the song "love chronicle" i'm going to break down because i know the translation. -_-;

i'm going to try to get some sleep. i don't know if i'll be able to now.

happy boxing day. my site's back up and my databases have finally been restored. turns out the databases were on a different server which was also down, so even though my site's been up for like almost two days now, my databases were totally gone. :(

but now everything's back to normal. and that includes all the fun christmas stuff. well, almost. i still have to mail out tons of gifts and stuff, but i don't see myself doing it any time soon. i work monday through friday in the afternoon/evening. and i'm not a morning person. so, yeah.

i can now finally post the screenshot. hammy and i decorated a christmas tree on maplestory. i hope all of you enjoy it. :) most of the letters were from letters we picked up. we didn't buy THAT many. ;) that's why it's slightly l33t-ish. and here it is! :)

i found the cd case that held the cd that had the majority of my seramyu mp3s on it. no cd in the case though. how cruel. ;_; i've been slowly downloading the songs, though, bit by bit. i'm finally into the fumina-stage songs. yayyy.

christmas was fun. we opened presents and played games and ate lots of junk (including turkey) and watched movies. i lost all the games, felt kind of sick from eating so much junk, and felt horribly lazy from sitting and watching movies. at least i was finally able to watch shrek 2 (one of the things i got) from beginning to end without screaming/annoying people all around me. and i wasn't sitting in the middle of a theatre aisle while watching it either! this was my experience the last time/first time i saw it. the far far away idol thing on the dvd amuses me. >D i wonder if there are easter eggs. there's easter eggs on the first movie's dvd. *_*

boxing day is such a great day. i slept in as late as i could. which happened to be 4:00pm. i went to bed at 4:00am, so that was nice. :D twelve hours of sleep. go me. :D

i got a $30 gift certificate for a video game store. i can't decide what to do with it. should i blow my money on something huge and get $30 off? something huge like…that new game boy thing with two screens. or should i save it until march for when the sims 2 university comes out? hmmm. or maybe something totally different. maybe i should get a ps2 so i can get better ddr games. but ps2 has been out for ages now. i have a feeling that a ps3 will be released shortly after i finally get a ps2. that's always my luck. -_- ok, i just looked up some news on ps3, and it won't be released until at least 2006. still, if i'm going to get a console that's current i don't like how it'd only be current for another year before becoming obsolete. :(

i'm writing this in a text file. why am i writing this in a text file? BECAUSE CYBERPIXELS HAS DECIDED TO SCREW ME OVER. :) the server i'm on is down. it's been down for FOUR DAYS now. FOUR…DAYS… that's just outrageous. i don't know if i can take this any longer. the worst part about it all is that i don't even know WHY the server is down. the forums don't mention a single thing. but the forums certainly are filled with many disgruntled customers. i would have switched hosts by now if i had access to cpanel. i would have saved my databases, packed up, and left. my database backups are about a couple weeks old (i can't believe i actually back them up…i'm amazing), and i'm not willing to accept two weeks worth of data being gone. well, the only data would be two weeks of blog posts. and when it comes to my blog, i need it all. i doubt i'll ever "restart" my blog. i'm paranoid with this. and i can't stand that i can't post to it RIGHT THIS VERY SECOND.

because this is being written in a text file. this window isn't maximized, and i can see the "this page cannot be displayed" page with "blog.precisely.org" in the address bar. it's depressing. i need a domain! arggg!

when my site magically decides to return i am demanding a refund for this month. AT LEAST a refund! they are really lucky i'm not running a business or something. lots of people are, and i wouldn't be surprised if they sued.

not to make anyone feel uneasy, but there is one person running cyberpixels. she's only a year older than i am, and she has absolutely no support staff (anymore). has anyone seen that episode of star trek: voyager when seven of nine had to run the entire ship by herself? it didn't really work out all that well. i feel like i've been on an unmanned ship destined to crash and burn at any given time. i'm not sure if i'm staying with cyberpixels after this. this really sucks because i switched to cyberpixels because of better stability both in uptime and feature stability. (and, yes, that star trek thing was for you. :P)

i want to upload new lj icons that i made. i want to upload fanlisting updates. i want to upload the picture that hammy and i took on maplestory. i want to upload lots of things.

but no, the stupid head of this stupid hosting company is probably off vacationing during the christmas holidays without any consideration for her clients who rely on her, and only her, to keep their sites running. i hope the disgruntled clients tear her limb from limb when she gets back. i'm not really one to flip out like that, but i certainly can be very mad about it. that doesn't mean i'm going to do something about it.

i'm also very mad over the fact that i lost the cd that had all my seramyu songs on it (not counting the songs that i have on expensive original seramyu cds -_-). and i'm really getting back into seramyu, so i need something to listen to! i'm slowly redownloading them all right now. i'm halfway done the first musical. *dies* it's way too late to do be doing this. i think i'll quit now and go to bed. -_-

if anyone's interested in a few pieces of canadian news from an american point of view, feel free to read this amusing article (written quite brilliantly i might add). i've read a few articles like that actually. american media satire on how canada's so progressive, and all. actually, i'll copy and paste another article here in a minute. (i can't find a link for it, but i had it saved.) i love the intro for it. and, having read it over, you'll almost miss the point if you don't really read into it. one may almost be offended if one does not look at the whole point of the article. all in all, i'm still proud of my country overall, unlike many of my fellow righty albertans at this very moment.

and, before i post that article, let me say i'm leaving for the grandparents' house tomorrow earlyearlyearly in the morning. we'll be back on sunday. yay. also, let me say, that IT IS 2:45 IN THE MORNING KLEY…YOU SAID YOU'D BE ON AT 2:00! i was browsing through the sims 2 site's news section (for the first time) and i read all the articles about the new expansion pack coming out in march: the sims 2 university. *_*;;;

or if you hate reading really long articles and/or chat transcripts, i'll just summarize for you right here.

- each neighborhood will have a customizable university campus neighborhood associated with it.
- only "young adults" will be able to attend.
- the new "young adult" age will happen between teen and adult, but will only occur if they go to college. if they don't go to college they'll skip the young adult phase.
- greek society. -_-;;;
- new social interactions.
- new food (ramen noodles!).
- new clothes.
- new objects (to both buy and build).
- togas.
- young adults can woohoo, but not get pregnant. they can get engaged, but not get married.
- there will be four new careers that can only be attained by getting a degree.
- you can play pranks on each other.
- streaking non-playable characters.
- i think your roommates (or other people in your dorm) are NPCs too. o_o but there are ways to "control" them. i don't think kley will like that very much since she's so anal about controlling her sims that she turned off free will. o_o
- you can form bands and put on shows. *_*
- you can be more than friends with your profs. @_@ oh, the perks…
- and lots of the stuff (like new objects, for example) can be used anywhere in the game, so it's more than just a university expansion pack.

and there's lots more. i can't wait. *_* i'm so getting that…

i haven't really blogged about ddr lately, have i? other than mentioning that i play it once and a while, that is. but why update you on my progress as a player when i can simply tell you all my scores? yes. i think i'll do that.

the columns with the numbers refer to the song's difficulty in different modes. B is for basic, T is for trick, M is for maniac. (or, more simply: easy, medium, and hard.) the difficulty ranges from one to nine, one being the easiest, nine being the hardest.

the columns with the letters refer to my score. the scores you can get are A, B, C, and D. a score of D means you failed the song, and a score of A means that you successfully completed a combo from the first arrow to the last (if you don't get "perfect" or "great" on even ONE arrow, you get a B…how sucky is that?!). there are no AA scores or anything like that in konamix. :P

i'm clarifying all this stuff for nicki because she's clueless.

this is what happens when you stay up until 5:00am playing maplestory. you flock to large groups of people and start acting like a complete idiot. :D

some people are great sports though. a few of us put on strip shows. :D and we were saying crazy things like "1k for a lapdance on the bench. any takers?" or "5k for doggy style." >_> and there was humping and everything (while naked if you go up to naked person who's pressing down and you press down repeatedly on top of them it looks pretty graphic, especially while making faces >:D *lost his maplestory virginity…in public…to another guy ;_;*). it was actually really hilarious. maybe only hilarious to the sleep-deprived mind. hmm…

i won two party quests today. i won a stupid pet equip scroll the first time, but the second time i got eight ores of orialcnailfkamewskfairgiajohegiojewaf. or whatever it's called. the magenta one. go me.

bah i think i should try to sleep now. i'm kind of dreading it since, and this is going to sound bad, my bed broke yesterday. x_x i simply sat up and the bed just…broke. since i moved back in with my mom i don't really have my bed anymore. well, i never really had one. but i at least had one that i was used to. my nice, big, huge bed. ;_; so i get to use this weird wooden one that i think we got from ikea ages and ages ago. you can take it apart and it basically looks like a bunch of wooden boards. well, one wooden part that fits into another wooden part just…broke one day. apparently it was already kinda bad-looking before i even started using it. that would have been nice to know six months ago. x_x so i woke up one morning afternoon and right before i was about to get out…one corner of the bed went CRACK…and kinda fell through. x_x and it's not like i'm obese or something. my sister sat on it (gently!) the other day and we heard it kind of crack. ;_; stupid bed!! ;_;

so we put the mattress on the floor. yay. -_- i get to sleep on the floor. -_-

I DON'T HAVE A BED!!!!! ;_; i want a BED for christmas! ;_; and i know i won't get one because who gets someone a BED for christmas? NO ONE. x_x

bahh, i'm just putting off going up there and sleeping on the FLOOR. i should just go do it. ;_; night. ;_;
