i keep forgetting to blog about my grep dream!! it happened a couple nights ago. no, wait. three nights ago? i don't know. a night…but not last night. some of you (actually, just hammy) knows that i've kind of been wishing for grep to be back for one selfish reason: for us to have a nice, cohesive place for us to come back to. not that i'm saying that things would be like they used to, but i remember how it felt when it was still up and running. and…i've really been longing for that feeling…that cohesion that i think we took for granted. i don't know…various things have sort of lead me to entertain these ideas. it's no wonder i had a grep dream about this very thing…
have you ever had a dream where you couldn't remember what was happening physically…you could only remember what it was that happened? like…you can't picture it, but you just know what happened? that's how this entire dream was. the entire dream is me talking to scot and jen, but i don't remember if it was online or if it was face-to-face. but i remember the conversation quite clearly.
they told me they were starting grep back up and that they were hiring a completely new staff. they asked me if i wanted to be leader of the neptune team. and i was like, "um, do they still do links?" and they were like, "yeah, all the teams have the same function." and i was like, "ummmm, i don't think so. why don't you ask minako? she was on that team and probably deserves to be asked before me anyway. o_O" and they were like, "yeah, maybe that's a good idea. how about the venus team?" and i was like, "what about kley? and all the other cool staff members that worked so hard? i think they all deserve to at least be asked before you even ask me." and then the saddest part of the dream: they said, "yeah, but no one's seen or heard from kley in soooo many months." and i said, "yeah, that's true. well, ask lbeth then." x_x and then they were like, "so what about jupiter team?" and, of course, i was like, "um…hello? hammy? and if she says no, ask dg." and they were like, "good idea!" so they asked me which team i would like to be leader of. and i was like, "okay, um, i don't know why you're even asking me, but if by some freak chance everyone says they don't want to come back and be on staff, you can feel free to ask me then." so then i guess scot and jen went and asked everyone because the next thing i remember is them saying, "well, dg is now jupiter, minako is now neptune, sisko is now uranus, jbeth is still pluto, hammy is a chibipluto, usa still has her teams, kley couldn't be contacted, and lbeth just laughed in their faces when they asked if she wanted to be venus." i remember thinking "wth!?" when they said sisko was uranus. o_O i'm guessing some factor from the show seeped in (and, yes, i am fully aware that sisko is not a woman, nor a lesbian). i also remember that them saying "chibi" pluto didn't phase me at all either. x_x i asked if they asked venuswillow if she wanted to be venus and they said she couldn't be contacted either because she was painting. O_o so i was like, "well, sign me up. venus with a penis is back! >:D" *dies repeatedly* and that was the entire dream.
isn't that just so vain!!!!!????!?!?!/1///!!111 and you know it's not wishful thinking because if you know me, you know i enjoy being the guy who never was on staff. it makes me special. >:D not to mention that it just reaffirms how cool i am. >:D
and now i am going to play maplestory for a while. gotta get strongerrrr…
