still waiting for that internet to be back. any day now, i swear. -_-;

life the past week or so hasn't exactly been going great. it's like i'm being kicked while i'm down, really. sometimes i just sit there trying to think about what things are going my way, and the best i can think of is i'm not starving to death. and then that makes me feel even worse. -_-

my credit card was stolen this weekend. just the credit card out of my wallet. you'd think they'd steal the whole wallet, but just the credit card is missing out of it. i figured it was either saturday or sunday it was stolen. it may have been stolen on saturday at the mall or sunday when i was at work. i noticed it was gone on sunday. i still haven't reported it missing because i'm a retard and i keep telling myself that i just misplaced it. but it hasn't turned up. and the last time i used it was, like, over three weeks ago. so i'm not in denial anymore, and i need to report it stolen. here's hoping the thief hasn't used it to buy anything yet. x_x oh, who am i kidding… they probably did. i just hope it's not a lot, and i hope i can get that money back. and of course this had to happen to me right when i paid it all off. and i was actually going to buy plane tickets this week when my internet came back (for real). -_- might be a while longer now, i guess.

today was supposed to be my day off. you know what i did instead? just to prove how dumb my company can be, they want our whole department to go do the "employee improvement program"… and i'm the first one to go this week. one other person goes tomorrow and some more on thursday. why? well, we have these phantom shoppers or mystery shoppers or whatever you want to call them… they come once a week to test out our customer service. and, well, our department has been really bad lately. so i'm sure the bigwigs took one look at our marks and said: "OMG, THEY'RE THE THIRD WORST BAKERY IN THE COMPANY!? SEND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM TO DETENTION!!" -_- well, they don't call it detention, but i do. we have to have a 60% or higher to stay out of it. i'm sure i have higher than 60% but i have to do it anyway. the worst part wasn't that it was four hours long, but that it was on the other side of the city. almost a two hour bus ride. x_x but it's done and i get paid for it. -_- i love getting paid for sitting on my butt for four hours and watching a powerpoint presentation.

speaking of work, our bakery looks like a warzone right now. we're doing renovations and holy crap… the bakery's the first to get torn up. x_x i barely have a metre of space behind the counter to work. and then there's a big tarp and a wall behind that. and, yeah, needless to say, it's hell. i can't wait for it to be over. the worst part is that they do the construction overnight starting in the evening before my shift is over. and i'm all by myself in there, so it's kind of overwhelming. and everything is moved to the very back, so if i want to get some more freaking plastic containers i have to go aaaaaaaaall the way back there to get it. anyway, yeah… not fun.

i can't wait to update my sims stuff. there's so much. as a preview of what i've done lately i've added a new category. >:D i'm sure you can't wait to hear all about it.

and, finally, before my time ends on this computer (six minutes), mr. american idol person. i'm not going to check any comments on my blog tomorrow. just so you know. you seem to misunderstand my point, by the way. jbeth basically said everything i wanted to though (OMFG EYE LAVA J00 JBETH FO' REALZIEZ ;_; ). i really don't see what you get out of coming onto some guy's personal blog and making a scene. in fact, you're being a troll. and i don't allow trolls on my site. while you may hide behind your first amendment, i have complete control over this site that i pay good money to have up. you must get some sort of sick recognition doing what you do. really. for a person who claims to be "a hell of a lot older than [me]", you sure seem to have a lot of growing up to do.
