i would just like to set the record straight regarding myspace. i will never, ever sign up for it. you will have to pay me a very large amount of money before i'll even consider it.

myspace is the eyesore of the internet, and i twitch every time i hear people i know signing up for it.

i have rewritten this post three times now attempting to describe my absolute hatrid for myspace. i'm sorry, but i can't express it in words.

it's like all the kids who used to play neopets "grew up" (haha) and went to myspace. i see absolutely no difference between those awful neopets shops and myspace profiles. it's like a million different versions of japanese seizure bots (complete with background music).

and that's all i have to say about that.

i'd just like to say that i like nana better than paradise kiss. i'm so glad that it's going to be a long anime. every single bloody episode, i've lost it once that ending theme starts up. just why the hell do they have to make it so perfect? maybe i'm sad that another episode of nana has come and gone. one more episode closer to the ending.

which reminds me… yakitate!! japan ended. yeah, uh, i've been watching it religiously for how long? well over a year. working in a bakery, and stuff, made it more interesting for me. i think it deserved a better ending than it did, but at least it was an ending. o_O kind of makes me wonder how a show like this got so popular anyway.

geez, i can't get over nana. i can't wait for the next episode. :(

in other news, people have been leaving random comments on my sims posts from months/years ago (most of the comments are stupid ones like "u suk"). i found a lovely plugin that should take care of that. :) sorry folks, but all posts older than 31 days have commenting disabled. :)

and i have stayed up way too late. oops.

i was watching an episode of utawara that i had downloaded a while ago, and i noticed koda kumi's song (koi no tsubomi) has emoticons in it. o_O since it's an absolute must to print the artist's lyrics at the bottom of the screen while they sing on a variety/music/talk show, i found it kind of strange to see those down there… O_o

oh, i screencapped her performance (i think i got all the lyrics in there, but i don't know)… just for proof. >_> i love how the *_* emoticon has done so well. :D

i guess the reason i didn't notice the emoticons before is because miss koda is awfully sexy in this performance. <_< plus it's a very pop-like song, even for her. @_@ i'm not the biggest koda kumi fan, and most of the stuff i've heard from her is really R&B-like. so, yeah, that dress is really… uh… o_o *nosebleed*

i guess i should come out of the closet right about now. over the past half a year, or so, i've become slowly, but surely, addicted to jpop. -_-; i used to like random artists, but once i got a taste of the mainstream, that was it. no turning back now. :( it's pretty sad that i'm more familiar with japan's current music scene at the moment than i am with the crap going on in the US. x_X as of this week, i'm now warming up to utada hikaru. so, yeah, woe is me. oilers just got raped by the hurricanes. they win the stanley cup. :(

a lot of people feel like it's a loss for canada as a whole, but i don't feel that way. i'm just sad my hometeam lost. :( still, i have compiled a list (god bless wikipedia) of carolina hurricanes players that are canadian. :) pretty much all their star players. 48% of the team is canadian, many from the edmonton area. so we'll be seeing that stanley cup here in edmonton even though we lost. here's the list in case you were wondering:

i very rarely remember my dreams, so i really need to blog this.

i decided to sleep in today, and i just woke up (yes, at 12:30 in the afternoon :P). i had the weirdest dream, and it was maplestory-related. x_x i don't know where this even came from. anyway, in my dream, i found out that there was a secret version of maplestory called MMS: mermaid maplestory. *DIES* a version of maplestory made for mer-people. and the game was entirely modified to be underwater. and the characters had fins. to prevent outsiders from playing it, though, they passed a law that made it illegal for any outsider to play their version of the game. a british kid mysteriously disappeared after being caught playing MMS: kidnapped and on trial for playing MMS.

undercover CIA agents who had infiltrated the mer-people society, including their government and secret agency, were told to rescue the kid. i was a CIA agent. disguised as a merman. X_X another agent was a clerk in a mer-convenience store, and the mer-people were being extremely rude to him. so i told the "customers" off. >D and then… i don't know how… but all the CIA agents except for me were discovered! O_O and all the mer-people gathered in one big place, myself among them, and the leaders of their society put the imposters on display. they revealed, one by one, their identities and who in their society they were trying to fake. about half were undercover as drug dealers. *DIES*

and then i woke up. whether we rescued the boy remains unresolved! maybe this means that we'll be getting aqua road sometime in the near future on GMS. >_>

i really do apologize for not blogging. i always get mad at other people for not blogging.

truth be told, it's because school has ended and i have nothing to say. my vacation is over. all i do is go to work, eat, sleep, and play maplestory in between all that. :(

but i'm in my first grep chat for the first time in i don't know how long. and i'm going to cry because of it. ;_;
