My video camera came today! :D It's… not really pink, actually. The photos of it were greatly exaggerated. It's silver with the slightest pink-ish tinge to it. I've only played with it for a few minutes, but I'm very happy with it already.

What I neglected to do was buy a Firewire card for my computer. I'll, uh… do that eventually.

I hate work, but I don't even want to get into that. Had an awful day today, and tomorrow is guaranteed to be bad as well. I'm going in an hour early, meaning I have to be there at 4:00 AM. Just shoot me.

Still waiting on other things to come in the mail. Like, uh, any of my Nobu cosplay stuff that I ordered. My shoes (and choker) only just shipped yesterday. -_- They better get here on time since those are the best part of the outfit. Well, they will be to me. :D Plus the tie won't make sense without the shoes.

I'm also waiting to see if I can get into my Japanese class for next September. Apparently it's full. I managed to register for all my other courses just fine, but not this one. I've been forced to beg them to let me in. -_- Definitely awkward for me, considering the people I'm begging are Japanese. If you know the Japanese, you know how bad this looks for me. I'm trying to handle it humbly and delicately, but there's only so much I can indirectly express in the English language (and I'm not confident enough to attempt requesting this in Japanese).

I'm going to have a nice, relaxing shower now. Then it's off to bed.

OK, so I've been checking my U of A admission status every day online. Today it finally said something other than Decision Pending! I was accepted into Education!! :D I think it's kind of funny because I had pretty much given up on getting into it. I figured that was the reason they were taking so long. I was either wait-listed or they just didn't want me because my grades weren't high enough. The irony of this is that last night I went through all the requirements for my plan B (General Science degree majoring in Biology, minoring in Japanese) and figured out what courses I needed/wanted to take. Guess that was a waste of time. But yeah! That means I'll be student teaching next year!! O_O How scary is that!?
