This layout was made totally by me, but I obviously didn't draw the picture. That'd probably be Yazawa Ai, creator of NANA. Featured in this layout is none other than Osaki Nana herself. The image can be found in the NANA 1st Illustrations art book. The layout was made in Adobe Photoshop 7.0. The font is just Impact, which came with my computer. :P And, of course, this blog is powered by the omnipotent WordPress. <3 It is strongly recommended that you view this page in the latest version of FireFox. I use PNG-24 format, so if the image transparency looks all messed up, it's your own fault.

That thing I forgot to blog about yesterday? Just remembered it. I can't believe I didn't.

A few days ago we got a kitten. She's really small still! It's been so long since I've had a kitten. She's actually quite annoying at times. She'll bite your EYELIDS at random while you're trying to sleep, I kid you not. She's sort of a rare colour: dark brown (with a white belly and chest). I've never really seen a cat this colour, to be honest. Even though she's special like that, she's tentatively named Cocoa. I think that's a very plain name, and we haven't really been calling her that. It might stick eventually, so who knows. Better than calling her Shit or Poo. My sister put a little Winnie the Pooh shirt on her today. Very funny. She also finds it funny to call her "Hoochie Mama" for some reason. It's so mean. x_x

Pictures to come. She's adorable. I would have taken a million already, but my camera's batteries are very dead.

Today was my Japanese final presentation. On the whole, I really dislike group-work. This time wasn't so bad, but there's always at least one idiot that makes life a lot harder for everyone else. I'm just glad it's over. Now I just have to concentrate on my in-class essay on Tuesday. Never wrote an in-class essay in a different language before…

I nearly had a meltdown today after my (last!) Botany lab. I had six minutes to get from the Biological Sciences building to the bus stop, which is halfway across campus. While running I drop my student ID. I really can't live without that thing. I'm about to get on the bus when I notice I didn't have it. That's where the meltdown nearly occurred. It was like losing an arm. I need that to ride the bus, to access areas around campus (especially stuff in the Butterdome, including my locker), to print stuff off, for ID, and many more things. Replacing it is almost $100 because of the bus pass portion. I'm practically impoverished at this point, so the thought of having to replace that scared me to death, especially with Christmas around the corner now. It was bad enough I had to pay an extra $70 on my cellphone bill a couple months ago (I left it in a bathroom and someone downloaded a shitload of games onto it). It feels like a never-ending punch to the stomach when I have to pay for these things. Anyway, I start walking back to BioSci and after one minute I find it in the snow, so at least I don't have to pay for a new ID. I ended up missing my bus, of course. Earlier in the semester I lost my notebook which had a few weeks worth of notes in it. I never did get that back. I hate how I'm losing things so easily these past few months.

Oops, I started writing this a long time ago, then forgot about it. Wow, it's late. Going to bed now, my sweetnesses. :D
